// REDDIT PRESENCE + AI VISIBILITY

Be present in the Reddit threads Google ranks and AI engines cite.

Upvote Labs gets established brands into the Reddit threads buyers read before they buy. Every post and comment is published by hand from aged in-house accounts, and the movement is measured in independent third-party software every 14 days.

A Reddit marketing agency for B2B and consumer brands. Generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI visibility tracking are built into every program.

Three programs, three niches, anonymised. Client names stay private under NDA. The threads and the Peec.AI data behind every figure are opened on the call.

    3 → 43

weekly AI answers naming the brand, in 10 weeks

30 of the 43 cited a Reddit thread we had posted or commented in.

    Health brand

    125,000+

views on one post, still adding ~1,500 a week, 85%+ US audience

The #3 Reddit URL on Google page one for a high-traffic commercial term, and our comment is the top-ranked comment in the thread.

    Consumer home brand

    #2 in a week

    reputation counter-post

A damaging post was the #1 Reddit result across six brand keywords. The balanced counter-post we published ranked #2 within seven days.

    Large medical brand

We track ourselves the same way. Among 29 Reddit agencies monitored in Peec.AI, Upvote Labs is first on share of voice and average position in the AI answers to "which Reddit agency" questions over the last 30 days.

    // WHO THIS IS FOR

    Five reasons companies call us.

Consumer brands, B2B software, health, home and professional services, mostly in the US and Canada. The situations below are the ones we hear on the first call.

You tried Reddit and it did not stick.

A freelancer or agency put up hundreds of comments. Most were removed, some accounts were banned, nothing ranked. One prospect came to us with 700 comments placed and about 50 still live a year later. The difference is not volume. It is aged accounts with real history, choosing the threads Google and AI already read, and pacing that never looks like a burst.

Negative Reddit threads rank for your brand.

Search "[your brand] reddit" and a three-year-old complaint is the first result, and AI answers repeat it. We answer inside those threads with specifics, publish balanced counter-threads, and track which URLs the engines keep retrieving. A counter-post for a large medical brand ranked #2 within a week.

You want to be named in AI answers.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews pull Reddit threads into buyer questions. If your brand is absent from the threads, it is absent from the answer. We find the exact threads being retrieved, put your brand in them honestly, and track every citation daily in software you get your own login to.

You want a community, not just mentions.

A branded or category subreddit, built, moderated and grown by us as a disclosed official presence. It is the slowest of our four services and the most transparent, and its posts get retrieved into AI answers like any other Reddit URL.

You are an agency, PR or reputation firm.

We run the Reddit layer for reputation, PR and marketing agencies across multiple client brands, white-label or disclosed, with a delivery log you can hand to your client. Priced per program. Ask.

    // WHY REDDIT, IN NUMBERS

You already know Reddit matters. Here is what it does to a buying decision.

    87.8%

of US Google results with a "Discussions and forums" box include a Reddit thread

That box appears on 11.7% of 145 million US searches, and four in ten of those queries carry commercial intent.

    Ahrefs, Aug 2026

    65 million

Across 30 million cited sources. In Google AI Overviews it holds an 18.5% mention share among the 50 most-cited sites.

Peec AI, Mar 2026; Ahrefs, Sep 2026

    70%

of prompts where an AI engine cites Reddit are transactional or commercial

The citations happen where the money is.

80% of them have fewer than 20 upvotes. The threads that decide are old and quiet. You do not need to go viral; you need to be in the right thread.

    Semrush, Nov 2025

    // FROM OUR OWN TRACKING

In one fragrance category we track, reddit.com was the #1 retrieved domain in AI answers at 45.5%, ahead of Forbes at 35.2%.

For a health brand we manage, the brand was named in 36% of 832 tracked AI answers over 14 days, and 115 of those answers cited a Reddit URL.

Both from Peec.AI, the third-party tracker every client gets a login to.

Reddit's share of ChatGPT citations moves around; it fell sharply in August 2026 while Google AI Overviews and AI Mode moved only a few points. That is why we track three engines daily rather than optimise for one.

    // WHAT WE DO

Four services, one managed program. You stay hands-off.

Every plan can run all four. We take the data, the analysis and the execution. Thread selection is data-led: a monthly Google scrape of your 20-30 priority keywords (top six Reddit posts per keyword) merged with a daily scrape of your 20-30 prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We go after threads that provably rank and provably get retrieved into AI answers.

    SERVICE 01

    Already-ranking threads

Careful, capped comments in the older threads Google and AI already trust. Highest leverage: the ranking is done, the buyers are already there, and the engines re-read the thread. Straight talk: this is the riskiest of the four. Done clumsily it looks exactly like marketing, so it is the most tightly controlled thing we do. Warmest accounts only, a strict weekly cap, natural pacing. If a real person would not leave that comment there, neither do we.

Cadence: shares the weekly comment allowance with keyword monitoring.

    SERVICE 02

    New posts and seeded conversations

A keyword-optimised post and a full, honest discussion under it: multiple voices, competitors named, pros and cons, and some of our comments never mention you at all. Each post carries 4-15 of our own supporting comments plus engagement with the original poster. One good post beats five bad ones.

Cadence: 0-2 posts a week per brand. Deliberately few, deliberately good.

    SERVICE 03

    Keyword monitoring

Our own scraper watches your keywords across all of Reddit every day. When someone asks for a suggestion in your category, we are in the thread within 24 hours, while the answer is still being written. Only where you belong: if the brand does not fit the thread, we skip it. That discipline is why the accounts stay trusted.

Cadence: feeds the weekly comment allowance.

    SERVICE 04

    Managed subreddits

A branded r/YourBrand or an unbranded category community, built, moderated and grown by us as a disclosed official presence. Dedicated moderator accounts that do no other brand work.

Cadence: 2-3 posts a week up to daily, by plan.

We can run content past you for sign-off, but we generally recommend against it. The best Reddit content reads like a real person, not an approved corporate post. First posts for every new client are shared with your team regardless, and regulated categories get an explicit guardrails block at onboarding.

// REPORTING + AI VISIBILITY TRACKING

Five metrics. Every 14 days. Observable, not modelled.

The report has the same shape every cycle, so each period is directly comparable with the last. Four of the five numbers come straight from Peec.AI, the independent tracker you get your own logins to on day one. The fifth is a list of every post and comment we shipped, each with a live link, so you can click into the actual work rather than take our word for it. It is not us marking our own homework.

    1. AI answers naming your brand. How many tracked AI responses in the period named you, with a sub-count of how many of those cited a Reddit URL we comment in.
    2. AI Reddit retrievals. The number of AI chats that pulled a Reddit URL as a source, and how many distinct posts those were.
    3. AI presence. Of the Reddit posts the engines are pulling from in your category, how many we have placed a comment in.
    4. Google presence. Of the top-ranking Reddit posts for your keywords, how many we have placed a comment in.
    5. Actions delivered. Posts and comments shipped this period, every one with a live link.
    Client report · page 1
First page of the Upvote Labs 14-day client report

    What every report contains

    • Period comparison against your last six cycles
    • Top 22 Reddit URLs by AI retrievals, with "have we commented" and archived flags
    • Top 22 Reddit URLs in Google for your keywords, with the ranking keyword
    • Every action we took, grouped by service, each with a live thread link and its Google rank or AI retrievals
    • Real AI answers from the period that named you, with the engine, the prompt and the Reddit URL cited
    • Notes: one-off context, watch-outs, data notes

    HOW THE DATA GETS THERE

20-30 prompts × 3 engines × 14 days, scraped daily in Peec.AI (your login). 20-30 Google keywords scraped monthly, top six Reddit posts each (our software). Every action logged in our own database with its URL.

    CADENCE

Report every 14 days into your Slack channel or inbox. 30-minute strategy call every 14 days on Google Meet (monthly if you prefer): walk the report, read the actual comments, open the Peec dashboard live, reset priorities.

    BETWEEN REPORTS

Anything urgent (a thread getting traction, a competitor post, a new high-retrieval URL) is flagged the day it happens.

We do not report Reddit view counts. Reddit makes them impractical to pull at scale and they are a weak signal for AI outcomes. Views on individual posts can be checked on request.

    // HOW IT WORKS

From first call to first report in 14 days.

This is the sequence every client has been through. The fastest went from call to signed in three days.

    1. 01

      30-minute call.

We run three live searches with you on the call: your brand on Reddit as Google serves it, your category's biggest buyer search, and Reddit's own search for your name. Then we open Peec.AI and show you what the AI engines currently say. Honest read on fit at the end.

      Day 0

    2. 02

      Proposal.

Three levels, Core, Growth and Max, sent within 3 hours of the call. You can move between tiers month to month.

      Day 0

    3. 03

      Contract and NDA.

A short services agreement via DocuSign. We will sign your NDA or use ours. First invoice on day one, 7-day terms; work starts on first payment.

      Day 2-5

    4. 04

      Onboarding form, pre-filled by us.

We draft it from your website and the call, so you mostly review and correct: what you sell, differentiators, competitors, target customer, 20-30 Google keywords, claims to avoid, no-go areas. 20-30 minutes on your side.

      Day 1 after signing

    5. 05

      Prompts and Peec access.

We turn your keywords into 20-30 AI prompts, grouped by awareness, consideration and brand evaluation, and send them for approval. Your Peec.AI logins go live. Google is scraped for the priority threads.

      Day 1-2

    6. 06

      Posting begins.

Comments and posts start from day 3. The first posts are shared with your team before or as they go live. Volume ramps over 1-3 weeks so no subreddit sees a burst.

      Day 3

    7. 07

      First report and call.

Baseline across all five metrics at day 14, then the same report and a 30-minute call every 14 days. Private Slack channel or email in between.

      Day 14

    8. 08

      Movement.

First measurable signs around week four. Cycles two and three typically show a 5-10 point lift in presence. From week 12 the AI answer count moves meaningfully and the threads compound. 90 days is six reporting cycles.

    Included at every level

    • Your own Peec.AI logins from day one
    • 20-30 AI prompts scraped daily across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
    • 20-30 Google keywords scraped monthly, every target thread re-scored
    • Daily Reddit keyword monitoring
    • A standardised report every 14 days
    • A 30-minute strategy call every 14 days
    • A private Slack channel or email
    • Structured onboarding: goals, keywords, guardrails, no-go areas
    • 50+ aged in-house accounts on dedicated phones, about 85% ordinary unbranded activity
    • Every action published by hand by a native English speaker in Ireland

3-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Billed monthly in USD (GBP or EUR available), Wise bank transfer or Stripe. First invoice on day one, 7-day terms. Work starts on first payment. Multi-brand and agency programs are priced individually.

We do not sell per comment or per post. We do not work with crypto token projects or adult brands. We do not drop affiliate codes or live URLs into comments. If the budget is under $2,000 a month, we are the wrong shop, and we would rather say so here than on the call.

    // STRAIGHT TALK

What can go wrong, and what we control.

Reddit is not a media buy. Individual comments get removed, especially in old ranked threads, and we show you those in the report rather than hide them. What does not happen is accounts getting burned. We have never had an account banned.

    The account estate

    • 50+ aged accounts, all in-house in Ireland, operated by hand
    • Each on its own physical phone with its own data plan; no shared devices, no shared IP footprint
    • More than half over two years old; younger accounts have two or more months of unbranded activity before any brand mention
    • About 85% of every account's activity is ordinary participation in its own communities
    • One consistent persona per account, matched to the threads it posts in
    • No bots, no bought accounts, no vote manipulation, no impersonation, no undisclosed endorsement

    The controls

    • A hard cap of roughly 20 comments a week per brand; above that, ban risk on the estate rises
    • Natural pacing, never a burst; new subreddits are entered slowly
    • Relevance gate: if the brand does not genuinely fit the thread, we skip it
    • Removal playbook: wait three days, publish a similar post in a different subreddit, avoid the removing subreddit for two weeks; a post removed inside 24 hours never counts toward your quota
    • Regulated categories: guardrails agreed with your compliance people at onboarding; nothing with legal or regulatory weight goes live without your sign-off

Done badly, this is worse than doing nothing. Done properly, it is a channel competitors cannot shortcut.
